Boxing day run whilst Alice and Helen watched Eastenders.  Enjoyed yesterday but it was weird not actually running during the day as my run was before I went to bed.
​Glad to be back out there again and a good time.

Great picture taken just before I ran back from Midnight Mass at 1 am Christmas Day - meant I could get the days run in without it affecting timescales during the day, although I am sure it looked weird Santa running along the road early in the morning.

Christmas Eve so needed an early run as a busy day ahead.  Managed a good distance but runners nipple is rearing its ugly head and it bloomin hurts!  Need to find a good way to avoid it that won't cost me a fortune each day.

After another park run missed due to being on call I managed a quick 3.5 miles tonight.

The end of a very long hard week so really pleased to get another 3 mile run in, and the time of under 9:30 per mile is good considering.
