Wasn't as active yesterday after the park run so legs felt heavy to start with. Once I got going though it was good. Average speed but stamina definitely improving.
Last day in Cowes so ran further today carrying on from Wednesday's run. Even managed to run on the beach, although I did fall getting onto it from the slipway!
Short one to start as it's my birthday and there was a nasty hill in the middle but a good short run. Longer one tomorrow I think through the park.
