Really pleased with the run.  Got a new PB in the park run taking 45 seconds off my park run best time so felt really good today.  Nice to catch up with some old friends as well.

Had to run just after work as we had a busy evening planned.  Nothing like a deadline to focus the running.  Really pleased with the time.

Normal route but ran later as had to act as taxi for the family.  Didn't like running through the tunnel in the dark!  And it was wet and cold.

Usual route again so that I can work on pacing myself and breathing.  Legs still feeling a bit stiff tonight but noticed the shoes are going on the heal.  Have to keep them going this week and look to change at the weekend.

A slightly longer run this afternoon as I often do at the weekend.  A challenging run as I did my normal 3 mile hilly loop but put in a long hill at the start which definitely pushed me.  Got back home and then mowed the lawn as well!

After last nights run very pleased with this as it's showing I am consistent.  Took 5 seconds off my park run pb and it felt a good workout.

So the lesson learnt here is to charge my phone.  Not enough juice to connect to my watch and the volume was down on the phone so I didn't know my splits.  Very surprised at the time and pace - even if I knew I was pushing hard.
