Took a longer run home from swimming so that I could break 80 miles in total so far. Not easy running so late in the evening though.

Had a really good run this morning. Really need to sort out my pacing but after 20k steps yesterday around London I was a lot fresher than I thought I would be. Also kept up a decent pace up the hills.
I can't believe how much was taken out of me when I was ill last week. I am having to work harder but I will get there.
Legs still heavy after my illness so its going to take time to get my strength back, but still good to be out running again!
So a week out being ill and having lost half a stone in that time - that was tough. Glad to be back running though.
