So that's my first 50 runs with my favourite 3m run. It includes climbs and a descent so I am pleased with the time.

Well that was tough. Still some stiffness on the legs from Sunday but by the end they were feeling OK. Had a tough day at work so running whilst annoyed is not a good idea as my cadence was all over the place tonight - too fast at the start so paid for it at the end.
After the long run yesterday I wanted an easy start so had a nice downward hill, but then had to work hard to get back up the other side. Happy with the run and the time.
My first ever 10 mile run! Went better than I expected but the last mile was really tough. Key is that I didn't stop running at all so I am really pleased that I kept going for just under 2 hours and the average time is pretty good for a first attempt!
A nice short run in the park in Manchester opposite my hotel. Enjoyed running around the lake early in the morning but slightly unnerved when the swans started crossing my path and looking at me in an ominous way!
Short run as I have to drive to Manchester. Time and distance are incorrect as runkeeper stopped. Actual distance is 1.65 and time is 0:16:25.
Ran back from swimming and as I have a busy weekend ahead didn't extend the run to 3 miles. Next run will be in Manchester tomorrow.
Ran last night's route in reverse. Definitely a more challenging route and after a long 12 hour day at work was tough. The more of these I do though I will improve my overall fitness and the strength in the legs.
My fastest 5k to date coming in at 10 minutes per mile. Ran hard and was working on my breathing during the run - as dad has told me to. Pleased with that after a stressful day at work.
