Long day at work but a good run with a few inclines and a fast sprint at the end. Another 2.5 miles chalked up but only 12 hours to recover until tomorrows park run!
Just a couple of miles but it did include the park run hill so a good workout and the time was OK as well.
Thought i would start week 2 by doing last nights run in reverse. Harder than last night but can definitely feel an improvement in my stamina. May have to go back to running before work so runs may not be so long for a few days..
