Happy Christmas

450 miles completed on day 147 at an average of 3.06 miles per day.  I've run every day since the 26th July (apart from 7 days with tonsillitis) including Christmas Day and my average pace is coming down well.

Working hard to bring this months average pace down as it went up when I had the snow and ice runs. 

Another few days as well to reach 100 miles in the month and I have to work out when I am going to run on New Years Day.
