So that's my first 50 days completed.
Gradually I am building the pace and stamina and so at 50 days:
145.93 miles (av 2.92 miles per day)
Total Running time - 26:57:33
Calories Burnt - 24,956
So I've done my first 10 mile run.
A good solid run at an average pace of 11:11 but more importantly I continued to run for the entire run - nearly 2 hours!
Must admit that the last mile was really tough and I wanted it to end - but I wanted to finish the 10 miles more!
